Unable to create presets for PTZ Camera

This camera in  Milestone is configured as ONVIF (a generic basic video protocol) instead of Bosch driver.

As a result the Preset that we define in CityMIND could not be saved in Milestone VMS.

I have update the camera driver to “Bosch PTZ Camera” and then I was able to create a Preset in the camera.
